Just a quick note regarding today s excursion to Uxmal/Oxkintoc/San Ignatio Cenote. Juan picked us up promptly at 8 am and we did everything on our itineary including lunch at your recommended restaurant. Good service, clean and reasonably priced. We sampled Yucatecan cuisine with Jamaica beverage and everyone enjoyed their selections. The road into Oxkintoc was rough with some huge pot holes however Jaun was very careful to avoid them. He was most helpful at the Cenote. We arrived home at our estimated time of 5:30 and all enjoyed Juan s calm demeanor and professional attitude.
Thank you Alfonso for a most enjoyable day.

I just wanted to let you know how great our trip with Raul Garcia through the Yucatan was. It was a great two-week experience that was everything we had hoped it would be. We saw great sites and Raul was a terrific guide. He really knows the Maya architecture and he shared his knowledge with us with great enthusiasm.
It was a pleasure working with you and your staff beginning last April. The Ecoyuc staff knows its stuff and helped me plan our itinerary. Raul suggested a few slight changes to the itinerary as we were traveling, and every one of his suggestions improved our trip.
Again, thank you for everything you and Ecoyuc did.

having just returned from our beautiful journey to Mexico I wanted to take the time to thank you, your Agency and Raul in particular for what has been an extremely enriching and enjoyable trip.
We have sincerely appreciated the customer care and the professionalism displayed by Ecoturismo Yucatan and I hope to be able to rely on your services again in the future when I will try to complete the tour of major Maya archeological sites.

"[To those who] may be interested in going on an exciting and inexpensive archaeological tour of ancient Maya sites. Dr. Bruce Love (anthropologist in Palmdale, CA) is going to lead a tour of ancient Mayan sites in Tabasco and Chiapas, Mexico and Central America this coming February 2010, organized by Ecoturismo Yucatan based in Merida, Yucatan. This is the same terrific tour, I and my twin brother went on in February 2007 with 7 other adventurers.
This is by far the best tour of these magnificent ancient Maya sites at a very reasonable cost.
I called this trip my "Indiana Jones" tour because of the unique approach the tour owner/organizer, Alfonso Escobedo, used to give us the feeling of being archaeologists, discovering these wonderful sites for the first time. We had the best tour guides at each site to lead us through the ancient archaeological site and Dr. Bruce Love told us what we would see along the way and the cultural significance of what we saw.
This tour was truly the highlight of my adult life, . . . so far."
